WOW Weekends, owned by Last Night Ltd., have different terms and conditions for different packages please make sure that you study the appropriate terms and conditions (any questions? please contact us).

(These apply to all WOW Weekends packages – except Skiing & Haunted Breaks see below)

WOW Weekends, owned by Last Night Ltd., provide quality weekends through a variety of Tour Operators. When making a booking for a holiday your contract is with the Tour Operator that WOW Weekends book through on your behalf. Your booking is, therefore, subject to their terms and conditions, a copy of which is available upon request.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance when going on any of our holidays. Please ask for details. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not ask us about travel insurance we will assume that you have purchased your own directly and that you have checked the suitability of your policy (bare in mind the activities you will be doing)

WOW Weekends, owned by Last Night Ltd., provide quality Ski Breaks in association with Iglu. All bookings are subject to their terms and conditions (details are available on their website – click on one of the ski packages and follow the link to “Terms & Conditions”)

Insurance (Skiing Weekends): We recommend that you have insurance before going on any break, including a Skiing Break. Specialist Winter Holiday Insurance is available through Iglu’s website

IMPORTANT please read before booking a Haunted Break



WOW Weekends, owned by Last Night Ltd., in association with Haunting Breaks, provide quality Haunted Breaks throughout the UK.

1. Please ensure that no team member is under 16 years of age. 16 to 18 years must be accompanied with an adult.

2. IMPORTANT: if anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcohol drinks to the event, they will be not be allowed to stay for the night and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3. We do not allow smoking indoors. Please also ensure that no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay.

4. There are no sleeping facilities at our locations unless stated. Our events clearly indicate when an overnight stay is included in the cost.

5. Due to restrictions at our locations pregnant woman are not allowed on all of our events.

6. Haunting Breaks will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants, during and after the event, even if caused by poltergeist activity.

7. Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen, and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

8. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

9. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your part are your own responsibility. Haunting Breaks are not responsible for the safe custody of attendees property, for its loss, damage or theft.

10. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Haunting Breaks due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, Haunting Breaks will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. If the event is moved or rescheduled, Haunting Breaks may set refund limitations. Any expenses including travel incurred due to the cancellation of an event will not be refunded.

11. You agree that any and all services from Haunting Breaks are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our employees, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants on any of our events.

Our consultants are professional consultants; however, any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of Haunting Breaks. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual.

You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our employees, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the consultant, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

12. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case, Haunting Breaks reserve the right to relocate the event to an area which is undercover. In most cases all events take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.

13. We suggest you either secure further accommodation for the following night or book transport home due to tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills.

14. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc.

15. Please note that all stories about the location are not fabricated. The Haunting Breaks team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations. We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts haven't disappointed. We accept no responsibility if you have to change clothing after a sighting or incident.

16. All bookings made through Haunting Breaks means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel any booking within a seven (7) working day period we will issue a full refund less a 5%* administration charge.

Requests for a refund more than six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less a 30%* cancellation charge.

Requests for a refund between six (6) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50%* cancellation charge.

No refunds will be given less than four (4) weeks prior to the event.

The deposit can be used for a different guest(s) or event if we are notified six (6) weeks before the event date.

All pictures on the website, or in promotional material, when used as examples of our packages are used only as samples of our events, activities and accommodation. Actual event, activity or accommodation may differ from picture. Unless specified, transport costs are not covered in the cost a package. You will need to pay extra for this.

If you wish to book through any medium (e.g. via telephone, letter, booking form, internet - including e-mails) it is understood that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions.
