Aspen is a fantastic place for all standards of skiing and these mountains cater for the different standards. The ski school is renowned as being one of the best in the world.

Although all areas of the resort will cater in some way for beginners, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands tend to be better for learning to ski. The intermediates will benefit from all areas and likewise, the advanced skiers get the chance to practice their skills off piste.deep powder heaven!

Aspen only opened to Snowboarders at the end of the 2000/01 season, but there are some great Snowboarding facilities in Snowmass, Highlands and Buttermilk.

You don't just have to be into skiing or snowboarding to appreciate the treats Aspen has to offer. There is a lot to do in the beautiful town. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, non-skiing activities and nightlife to keep you occupied.

The après ski is said to be friendlier than most European resorts and very lively. Members clubs only stay open after 2am, but worry not, you can purchase week-long memberships in most of the clubs around Aspen.

The resort is constantly continuing to improve on its already amazing standards, which is why it is one of the most appealing resorts in the world!
