Now who doesn't like a good pampering from time to time? We see no hands up. That is exactly why this is the perfect activity for Hen Weekends! Not only will you be getting pampered, but you won't even need to leave your accommodation. They come to you!

The choice of pampering is up to you - you have the choice to be indulged and buffed or made up for a night on the town.

On the Hen Weekends, you can choose from many treatments - massage, organic facials, eyelash tints, the bridal package, reflexology, make up classes. The list is endless!

An equally relaxing activity is the

Luxury Spa Experience. You and your friends can relax in the Spa in Central Barcelona where you will experience a number of different Spas. The Massage Spa starts at 36 C and has 11 different stations and builds up to a full body massage!

The Oxygen Spa is overflowing with millions of tiny bubbles, which work together to give you the ultimate sensation. They also have Finnish and Turkish Spas, not to mention the Vitality and Shower Spas!

How do you fancy a 90-minute sail on a catamaran, from the bottom of La Rambla and out into the tranquil deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea? This is a great way to chill out on Hen Weekends.

The catamaran is 80 foot long and can hold 80 passengers and there's more - an onboard bar..Just what you need to cure that hangover or alternatively, get you in the mood for the evenings events.

For a more energetic activity, then Go Karting is the way to go for 'action packed' Hen Weekends! Challenge your friends to a race around the 600 metre track. Will the best girl win? (or the Maid of Honour?)

The Beach Day can be as relaxing or action packed as you want. The activities range from Jet-Skiing, Water Skiing, The Banana Boat, Para Sailing to Pedaloes, Kayaks and Sun Loungers (for the more chilled out - or hangover syndrome).

Stigues is a coastal town, 40 minutes outside Barcelona. Return transport by train is included and the activities are pre-booked for the time that will suit you on your Hen Weekends (between 10am and 7pm).

An activity not for the faint hearted is the ultimate of action packed Hen Weekends...White Water Rafting! Can you handle the 14kms of turbulent rapids? Situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, you will be kitted out with wet suits, life jackets, helmets, waterproof shoes, neoprene jacket and waterproof.
