Hen Night Pranks and Themes
As we’ve mentioned, if you want to incorporate individual touches in to a hen weekend then a good way to do this is by introducing a hen night prank or hen night theme.
Be careful though, pranks or themes that are not well thought through can be staid and boring and rather than enhancing the night will just book your hen night a place in the “clichéd hen nights” hall of fame.

Rather than an evil trick that the lads play on the groom in his pre-nuptial celebration we recommend that the girls do it a little differently. By coming up with a Hen Night Forfeit list you can have fun at everyone’s expense not just the bride’s. As with all things to do with a Hen Night, a truly great forfeit list is best when it has been made with the bride in mind. Little individual touches that will ring bells with the bride will really make the evening. The best thing to do is for all the girls to get together a few weeks before the hen night and have a forfeit list brain storming session (this will speed things up, encourage creative thinking and will also be a hell of a laugh).
Before deciding on incorporating a Theme in to your Hen Night, it’s a good idea to make sure that everybody knows about it and that the pubs/clubs you’re going to don’t mind the deviation from the dress code. As with the prank we recommend that the theme is thought about by the group in a brain storming session and that you try to gear the theme around the bride’s interests.
