St Albans - City Information

Enjoy an amazing WOW Weekend in the beautiful city of St. Albans.

The City boasts a vast amount of restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs all situated close by in the city centre.

St. Albans offers many attractions that lure visitors from the world over such as the Cathedral and Abbey Church of St. Alban that dominates the city’s skyline, Abbey Gateway, Verulamium Museum, The Roman Theatre, The Clock Tower and Kingsbury Watermill to name but a few.

St Albans' historic ambience, vibrant street market and many high street names gives you the finest of the old with the best of the new.

For a unique and varied experience explore the specialist shops, major high street stores and the quality eating and drinking places located in the historic streets and alleys clustered around the Cathedral Quarter. Evidence to support the notion that the British are 'a nation of shopkeepers' can be found down every street and alley where traders have plied their wares for over half a century.

St. Albans provides the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle with an opportunity to soak up medieval craftsmanship and enjoy fantastic nightlife along with wonderful golf.
