With a first class reputation for service and a newly revamped Terrace Bistro and Bar a casual, relaxing atmosphere has been created at the Hellidon Lakes Hotel to provide the perfect "get away from it all" Golfing break.

The hotel itself is set in 220 acres of charming countryside on the borders of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire and if the British weather fails to co-operate there is no need to despair as the hotel boasts an indoor golf simulator with a choice of 22 courses and a driving range.

There is also a state-of-the art 4 lanes Ten pin bowling alley that seems to be a favourite with many golfers.

The main restaurant offer stunning views of the Holywell lake and for less formal dining you can relax in the Terrace where a fabulous Bistro menu is available.

The on site reflections leisure club has extensive facilities where you can undergo a strict workout of ulimate pampering.

    Golf Details

    With three loops of nine holes in the unspoilt Northamptonshire countryside consisting of rolling slopes and valleys, Hellidon Lakes is a very challenging but fair course.

    Each 9 hole course is named either Red, Yellow or Green with yardages from the medal tees as follows:
    Red: 3,321 yards.
    Blue: 3,277 yards
    Green 2,791 yards.

    Seventeen lakes are spread across the three loops and each of them are strategically place to catch a ‘bad shot’ not the good one.

    Putting surfaces are made excellent by the modern irrigation system and will go a long way to providing the kind of consistency you’ll need to play the challenging greens.

    Concentration will need to be high as many people struggle to complete on PAR but if you do get the chance to take your mind from the game for a little while the panoramic views that surround the course are amazing.

    Buggies are also available for hire and a PGA instructor is also at hand if needed.
