The bustling city centre market square, with a market every day of the week is at the heart of Cambridge's shopping district, with the Grafton Centre shopping mall just a few minutes away.

Many of the city's greatest pleasures belong to the evening hours. After dark the landscape transforms from that of punts, shops and sunny views to one of candlelit restaurants, traditional pubs and sophisticated clubs and bars, leaving you every opportunity not to be in bed before midnight.

We use a selection of tried and tested 3 Star Hotels, the bedrooms are twins with en suite bathrooms and furnished to a high standard.

Cooked breakfast is supplied on both mornings and a late bar is also available to residents.

Club: Costessey Park Golf Course
Par: 69
Yards: 6734
Details: Set on rolling parkland this course is well established with tree lined fairways and tight greens well guarded by strategically positioned bunkers. With a tough finishing hole this excellent course presents a good challenging for all standard of player.

Club: Ely City Golf Course
Par: 72
Yards: 6627
Details: With wonderful features including water hazards formed by lakes and natural dykes this slightly undulating parkland course is accompanied by beautiful scenery. Playing frequently into wind, take the 2nd and 5th features holes lightly at your peril. A thoroughly enjoyable but demanding course for golfers of all abilities.

Yards: 6085
Details: Played on open parkland this attractive course is predominantly flat. Many trees and ditches create a club selection nightmare and to score well good course management is required. The course is kept in excellent condition the whole year round, a real pleasure to play on.

Club: St. Ives Golf Course
Par: 70
Yards: 6100
Details: There are some very testing par 4 & 5’s on this nine hole course set on parkland. You have to go round the course twice to complete 18 holes. The par 3’s require accuracy to the well protected and exceptionally kept greens. Set in a beautiful location St. Ives is a wonderful course and a treat to play on.

Club: Hemingford Abbots Golf Course
Par: 68
Yards: 5468
Details: This is an incredibly enjoyable nine holes of golf but very challenging on this scenic course. At first it appears easy to shoot down low, don’t be fooled. You will definitely want to go round this course a second time just to practise what you learnt first time round, but it doesn’t get any easier. The feature holes are the par 5 dog leg 4th with a testing tapering fairway, 2 ponds at the entrance of the 8th and an island green on the 9th. To score well on this difficult course you will need all your full range of shots.
